How reconciliation is designed
- Two-way — a change on either side lands on both.
- Last-writer-wins — the most recent edit settles a conflict, with the loser recorded.
- Observable — every sync run shows queue depth, last write time, and conflicts settled.
- Offline-safe — edits made offline queue locally and replay on reconnect.
Notion as truth
Connect a Notion workspace and your deals reconcile with their Notion pages so nothing drifts. Live two-way Notion sync activates once your workspace token is connected — until then the mechanism runs against your saved universe only, and the connect action is marked in-app as a preview.

Nothing falls out of orbit: the admin console surfaces sync health — queue depth, last write, and conflicts — for the whole universe.
